Raised in Wisconsin, Dr. Hoehn originally moved to the Twin Cities to attend the University of Minnesota for her undergraduate studies. She then moved west to Portland, Oregon, where she obtained both her Master of Science as well as Doctor of Psychology degrees in Clinical Psychology at Pacific University. While in graduate school, Dr. Hoehn focused her education and training in child/adolescent psychology as well as pediatric psychology. She was fortunate to work and train at Oregon Health & Science University, providing psychological services to children and adolescents diagnosed with chronic medical conditions.

Following completion of an APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship at Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Texas, Dr. Hoehn returned to Minnesota for her post-doctoral fellowship at Minnesota Epilepsy Group, PA, in St. Paul. During her fellowship, Dr. Hoehn predominantly worked with children and adolescents who were diagnosed with a seizure disorder, Conversion Disorder, or both. She then worked for a number of years at an Integrative Medicine Clinic within a local mental health organization before continuing her career at Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she provides services to patients presenting with an array of chronic medical conditions. In addition to her work at Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare, Dr. Hoehn provides therapy to children and adolescents at Oak Grove Behavioral Health, LLC.
