To schedule your child’s first appointment with Dr. Hoehn, please call the office phone number (612-930-6513). This will allow Dr. Hoehn to learn more about you and your child’s needs, and ensure that Dr. Hoehn’s expertise and availability will be a good fit. Once you have scheduled your child’s first appointment with Dr. Hoehn, you will be given access to a secure patient portal where you will be able to complete the paperwork required for the initial session.  This includes reviewing and signing documents, as well as filling out some information about your child.
